Changing the font size across multiple Illustrator files

I know this is possible after looking at a question posted a few years ago: Replacing a font in many illustrator files

However, I'm completely useless when it comes to scripting.

Can someone please help me adapt the above script or help me create a script that will update all font sizes in each individual Illustrator file in a given folder to a specific font size?
