change the line color in image photoshop

I have a designed image in jpg format ready to go in machine cutting, but machine accepts only Red color to cut through a pattern and current image has pattern in Blue color.

I have tried using manually in Photoshop but there are some curves and edges that i could not. And I am not an expert in Photoshop below is the image attached.

How do i change Blue to Red in Photoshop and I am using CS6
